keep your eyes open for homes that either stand out, are for sale by owner, or have for rent signs. Send us the information, and then get paid when they turn into successful deals.

It's that simple! There are several things you can do to increase leads, and even get homeowners calling you about their property they want to sell. All training tools will be sent to you once you sign up.
How Do I Get Started?
To get started now, simply follow the 3-Step Process outlined below:
1. Register With Home Solutions Chicago.
Join the team by submitting your contact information via e-mail and sending leads via the submission form. We will need your complete name, address, and phone number so that we know where to mail the checks and how we can reach you. Once we receive your completed registration form, we will send you a Registration Confirmation via email. As soon as you receive your confirmation, you are eligible to
participate in the Cash Reward Program. Please note we will issue a 1099 IRS Form for all birddogs that have submitted successful leads as required by law.
2. Locate Leads
Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner, or Vacant. Remember, if you live in the Chicago-land area you're in the right place. We are currently looking to buy fixer-uppers in the Cook County area, yet are also very interested in higher end, move-in condition pre-foreclosure properties within 40 miles of Chicago (this includes Will, DuPage, and Lake counties). So in general we are only interested in single family homes and multi-unit properties, (That means NO condo's, townhomes, land, or commercial property). Ugly, run-down houses in Cook County don't bother us at all. Actually they are highly welcomed so long as they have a decent after repair value. Even if there is little to no equity we can conduct Short Sales and turn them into sellers!
3. Refer Leads to Home Solutions Chicago's - "By filling out a lead submission form"
Here you can post your leads. If you have photos please e-mail them along with the lead instead of using the form. If you have questions visit our contact us page. Once a lead is submitted we will send a confirmation email letting you know we have received and listed your lead in our Leads Database with your name assigned to it. Any duplicates will immediately recognized and we will inform you of such.
Payments can be made via Paypal, or can be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads, as short sales can be quite time consuming at times. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
